The service
Kestrel Host Co provides cloud instances, storage, backups and related tooling on monthly plans, each with a 14-day free trial. We target 99.99% monthly uptime on paid plans, excluding scheduled maintenance announced 72 hours ahead.
Fair use
Your instances are yours — run anything legal. Spam, phishing, cryptomining on shared plans, attacks on others, and content that violates the law will get an account suspended after warning, or immediately where harm is ongoing.
Billing
Plans bill monthly in advance; resizes are prorated. Cancel anytime from the dashboard — service runs to the end of the paid period and snapshots remain restorable for 7 days after.
Liability
Backups are provided for convenience alongside your own copies; our liability is limited to fees paid in the prior three months. Questions about these terms? Reach us on the contact page.
