What we collect
Account details you give us (name, email, payment information), instance metadata needed to run the service (configurations, logs, usage graphs), and support messages. We never sell personal data, and we never mine your hosted content.
How we use it
To provision and secure your infrastructure, bill your plan, alert you about your instances, and answer support requests. Newsletter emails go only to subscribers, and every one carries an unsubscribe link.
How we protect it
Encrypted disks, encrypted transit, isolated networks, SSO and scoped API keys on team plans, and SOC 2-audited facilities. Access to customer data is logged and limited to engineers who need it.
Your rights
Request a copy, correction or deletion of your data anytime through the contact page. Deleting your account removes personal data within 30 days; anonymized billing records are kept as required by law.
